How do I return or exchange my online order?
Returns on non-clearance merchandise items are accepted in store or by mail within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for any return postage. Original postage is non-refundable. Returned items must be in original, new with tags attached condition. You will be credited for your return by the same method as original payment, within 5-7 businesses days of receipt. If you need to exchange an item, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make what you need is in stock and held for you. Clearance items are final sale and do not qualify for a refund. Store pick-up orders not picked up within 30 days are non-refundable and will be returned to inventory.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Orders are pulled Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. You will receive an email when order is ready for pickup. Orders may not be pulled over the weekend, you may want to call if you need it at that time. Please have your order number ready for pick up. You can pick up your orders in the book room or ask a sales associate to assist you. The 30-day return policy still applies for merchandise even if orders are not picked up within 30 days. (Return policy for textbooks: 3 days after 1st day of semester) Orders not picked up within 30 days are reshelved without refund.
In-stock merchandise orders placed before 10 am CST (Monday-Friday) will normally arrive in 3-7 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.
2nd Day Shipping
In-stock merchandise orders placed before 12 pm CST (Monday-Friday) will be sent 2nd Day and will be delivered in two business days. Street address is required.
In-stock merchandise orders placed before 12 pm CST (Monday-Friday) will be sent Overnight and will be delivered the next business day. Street address is required.
Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed after 12 pm CST may go out the following day unless a verbal or email confirmation has been made.
Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.
Shipping time on in-stock items only, no additional shipping on back ordered items.
We are unable to ship outside the U.S. and Canada, including APO/FPO addresses, at this time.
