How do I return or exchange my online order?

 Returns on non-clearance merchandise items are accepted in store or by mail within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for any return postage. Original postage is non-refundable. Returned items must be in original, new with tags attached condition. You will be credited for your return by the same method as original payment, within 5-7 businesses days of receipt. If you need to exchange an item, email us at webstore@tigerbookstore.com to make what you need is in stock and held for you. Clearance items are final sale and do not qualify for a refund. Store pick-up orders not picked up within 30 days are non-refundable and will be returned to inventory.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Store Pickup

Orders are pulled Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm. You will receive an email when order is ready for pickup. Orders may not be pulled over the weekend, you may want to call if you need it at that time. Please have your order number ready for pick up. You can pick up your orders in the book room or ask a sales associate to assist you. The 30-day return policy still applies for merchandise even if orders are not picked up within 30 days. (Return policy for textbooks: 3 days after 1st day of semester) Orders not picked up within 30 days are reshelved without refund.

Ground Shipping

In-stock merchandise orders placed before 10 am CST (Monday-Friday) will normally arrive in 3-7 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx.

2nd Day Shipping

In-stock merchandise orders placed before 12 pm CST (Monday-Friday) will be sent 2nd Day and will be delivered in two business days. Street address is required.

Overnight Shipping

In-stock merchandise orders placed before 12 pm CST (Monday-Friday) will be sent Overnight and will be delivered the next business day. Street address is required.

Please Note:

Overnight and 2nd Day orders placed after 12 pm CST may go out the following day unless a verbal or email confirmation has been made.

Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays.

Shipping time on in-stock items only, no additional shipping on back ordered items.

We are unable to ship outside the U.S. and Canada, including APO/FPO addresses, at this time.

Textbook Refund Policy

Full refund deadline with your receipt is the third day from the 1st day of classes for the Spring and Fall semesters and the 2nd day of classes for all Summer terms. This applies to in store purchases AND online orders, regardless if you picked up your order or not. **ALL TEXTBOOK SALES ARE FINAL AFTER THIS DATE-ONLINE AND IN STORE**

With a valid sales receipt, textbooks (any item specifically requested by the professors for course use, even if not traditional book format, ie. clickers, calculators, lab supplies etc.) may be returned for a full refund within 3 days from the first day of classes for the Fall and Spring semesters (schedule of classes may be required) and by the second day of class for all summer semesters. Refunds will be made in the same manner as purchase. Books must be returned in the same condition as purchased with new books free of marking or damage to the cover. Diskette packs and shrink wrapped packages must be unopened. Defective books will be replaced if returned within the semester they were purchased.

We are unable to refund on the following items:

Study aids or test preps

Calculators, computer software or access codes that have been opened

Special orders of books or general merchandise

Textbooks purchased after the refund date

Protect Your Books

Once you are sure you are keeping your books, mark them in a manner you can identify if they are stolen. For example, put your name in the margin of a particular page of each textbook. If your books are misplaced, notify Tiger Bookstore 901-324-2808 immediately. Do not keep your receipt in your textbooks.
