How do I create an account?

 1) Click the "Login" link at the top right side of our site.

2) Enter your email address.

3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.


How do I edit my account information?

 Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.

How much is my shipping?

 Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

I forgot my password.

 Click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.

How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

What is your return policy?

Merchandise Returns

Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. Without a receipt, merchandise will be returned at the lowest selling price recorded and a store credit will be issued. All returned items must be in new condition with tags attached to be considered. Online orders can be returned within 30 days by sending the item(s) to:

Textbook Refund Policy

Full refund deadline with your receipt is the third day of classes. This applies to in store purchases AND online orders, regardless if you picked up your order or not. **ALL TEXTBOOK SALES ARE FINAL AFTER THIS DATE-ONLINE AND IN STORE**


With a valid sales receipt, textbooks (any item specifically requested by the professors for course use, even if not traditional book format, ie. clickers, calculators, lab supplies etc.) may be returned for a full refund within 3 days from the first day of classes for the Fall and Spring semesters (schedule of classes may be required) and by the second day of class for all summer semesters. Refunds will be made in the same manner as purchase. Books must be returned in the same condition as purchased with new books free of marking or damage to the cover. Diskette packs and shrink wrapped packages must be unopened. Defective books will be replaced if returned within the semester they were purchased.


We are unable to refund on the following items:

  • Study aids or test preps
  • Calculators, computer software or access codes that have been opened
  • Special orders of books or general merchandise
  • Textbooks purchased after the refund date

When will my order ship?

 Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "Login" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. Orders are filled Monday through Friday. Please allow 24 hours processing. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
