eCommerce/Marketing Specialist

Omnichannel selling, digital marketing, payment gateways, shipping infrastructure, product optimization, and social advertising and selling. You’ll be using platforms like major shopping carts (Volusion, Big Commerce, Shopify, etc.), Amazon, eBay, Google marketplace, and digital shopping feeds. You’ll also be using tertiary tools (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator), analytical tools (Google and Moz) and social media advertising manager platforms.

  • Generate, maintain, and optimize web content
  • Maintain product listings and inventory across multiple selling channels including website, social media, Amazon, eBay, Google marketplace, shopping feeds, and app
  • Produce and publish product listings with best SEO practices including: Optimized product descriptions, developing metadata for product listings, product photography and optimization
  • Track and analyze product and selling channel performance, conversion rates, and cart abandonment
  • Develop PPC, SEM, social selling, email and social media campaigns to drive traffic to the sites
  • Help develop new selling channels and affiliate programs
  • Develop UX(user experience) and UI(user interface) solutions
  • Manage website configuration & parameters (eg payment options, stock management, shipping)
  • Develop and implement online promotions and sales
  • Monitor competing online channels
  • Order management and fulfillment
  • Content creation for website, advertising campaigns, blog, social media, app
  • Graphics for marketing collateral, website, social media, ad campaigns, and more
  • Online directory management
  • App management (beacons, geofencing, content creation)
  • Managing and executing in-store and game day promotions


  • Understanding of and experience with the disciplines required to drive traffic to retail websites (ppc, link generation, SEM, SEO, affiliate programs, etc)
  • Experience with email and digital marketing campaigns
  • Professional experience with management, strategy, and execution of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube)
  • Very detail oriented
  • Left (analytical) and right (creative) brain balance
  • Strong computer hardware and software literacy
  • Strong internet and digital skills
  • Basic business model understanding
  • Adobe Photoshop required, Illustrator and InDesign preferred
  • Retail experience a plus
